K2640空气滤芯适配50装载机

K2640空气滤芯采用优质的过滤材料，支撑网采用高强度树脂喷涂技术进行表面防锈处理，端盖根据客户需求采用渗锌钢板冲压成型，双组份高温胶粘接成型，或采用聚氨酯发泡成型工艺，密封可靠，重量轻，拆装维护方便。目前我公司生产的空气滤芯适用于大部分主流车型及工程机械，如陕汽系列、重汽系列，东风汽车、解放汽车等商用汽车；上汽，江铃、宇通、金龙等乘用车；徐工、山工，临工等工程机械。

新乡市新平滤清器有限公司成立于2012年7月10日，是由新乡市新平航空机械有限公司为主要股东的股份制企业，公司成立以来一直致力于汽车、工程机械、农林机械、空压机组、发动机组、非标设备的滤清器的设计、制造以及塑料零部件的生产。
Xinxiang Xinping Filter Limited Company was established on July 10,2012. It’s mainly consists of Xinping Aviation Machinery Co.Ltd as major shareholder of joint-stock system enterprise. The company has been working on filter design and manufacture of automotive, construction machinery, agricultural and forestry machinery, air compressor units, engine unit ,non-standard equipments and plastic parts production.

       公司依托航空企业的技术优势和管理优势，拥有严格健全的质量管理体系，并在2018年2月14日顺利通过IATF16949：2016质量体系认证；公司拥有先进的生产设备，其中滤清器加工生产线2条、注塑机8台，吹塑机5台；公司拥有*的加工工艺和完善的检测手段，为高品质产品研发、生产打下了坚实的基础。
The company supported by the technical and management advantages of aviation enterprises with a strictly sound quality management system. And successfully passed IATF16949 on February 14, 2018. It has advanced production equipment: 2 filter processing lines, 8 injection molding machines and 5 blow molding machines. It has a top-notch processing and testing and lays a solid foundation for high quality product development and production.
